University of Arkansas System has teamed up with UMR Wellness CARE to offer a program to help you recognize and make the most of your health care opportunities.
In this program, you’ll find details about how to earn rewards when you meet specific goals. Additional wellness resources are available on umr.com, including a library of health information, videos and interactive “action plan” tutorials to help you get and stay healthy.
With UMR’s Live Well Reward$, you can earn financial rewards for taking a few simple steps toward living a healthier life. Your participation is completely voluntary, and all resources are available at no cost to you.
-You must be actively enrolled in a UMR health plan on or before October 1, 2026 to be eligible to participate in the 26/27 Live Well Reward$ Program.
-If you wish to participate in the 26/27 wellness period, you must opt-in anytime between Oct. 1 – Nov. 3, 2026.
-New Hires on and after Oct. 1 2026, are not eligible to enroll in the wellness program for the 2026-2027 program year. You cannot opt-in during the year or during your new hire eligibility period with UMR.
You can qualify for an incentive up to $500 per year by completing the program goals. For more detailed information on how to earn your incentive, log in to umr.com and from the Health Center, select Wellness Activities.

If you think that you might not be able to meet the standard for a reward under this program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact us and we will work with you to establish an alternative goal with the same reward.
