University of Arkansas System has teamed up with UMR Wellness CARE to offer a program to help you recognize and make the most of your health care opportunities.
In this program, you’ll find details about how to earn rewards when you meet specific goals. Additional wellness resources are available on umr.com, including a library of health information, videos and interactive “action plan” tutorials to help you get and stay healthy.
With UMR’s Live Well Reward$, you can earn financial rewards for taking a few simple steps toward living a healthier life. Your participation is completely voluntary, and all resources are available at no cost to you.
-You must be actively enrolled in a UMR health plan on or before October 1, 2025 to be eligible to participate in the 25/26 Live Well Reward$ Program.
-The 24/25 program closed on Sept. 30, 2025. Any earned 24/25 points will not roll over to the 25/26 wellness period. Employees must redeem 24/25 points in the redemption store by Nov. 30, 2025.
-If you wish to participate in the 25/26 wellness period, you must opt-in anytime between Oct. 1 – Nov. 3.
You can qualify for an incentive up to $500 per year by completing the program goals. Employees can earn $200 from preventative care activities, and $300 from other items in the wellness portal. For more detailed information on how to earn your incentive, log in to umr.com and from the Health Center, select Wellness Activities.

If you think that you might not be able to meet the standard for a reward under this program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact us and we will work with you to establish an alternative goal with the same reward.
