All UAMS employees are eligible to attend a Wellbeing Retreat, each of which is hosted by Get Healthy UAMS and sponsored by a Chancellor’s Circle Grant.
The retreats focus on how to combat stress and burnout, and how to foster reconnection to coworkers and others. They will also offer attendees insights into positive, ongoing changes in the workplace culture of UAMS. Employees will leave the retreat feeling equipped and comfortable with tools to help them with their own self-care.
This is a Chancellor sponsored event, employees should not be required to request PTO or any form of time off to attend this retreat. This is considered education/career development. Attendees are to be paid for being at work during this event. Questions? Email: nkcannady@uams.edu
