This is a reminder that the deadline for enrolling in the UMR Live Well Reward$ plan is 1/15/25.
Anyone that is a current participant in a UMR medical plan or enrolled during open enrollment for coverage to be effective 1/1/25 is eligible to enroll in the Wellness Reward$ program for 2025. Please click here for details and instructions on how to enroll.
New employees hired after open enrollment but before 12/31/2024 can elect to participate until the 1/15/2025 deadline (those hired 1/1/25 or later are not eligible to participate for the 2025 plan year).
Remember, your 2024 enrollment will not roll over to 2025, you must re-enroll in the Wellness Reward$ Program on the UMR website by January 15, 2025. Points earned between 10/1/24 and 9/30/25 will not roll over to 2026. Active benefits eligible employees will have 60 days after 9/30/25 to redeem points.
