For those who have enrolled in the wellness program for this year, don’t forget that you can accrue reward points through September 30, 2024.
Medical visits from Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024, are eligible for points in this current program.
Points accrued on and before September 30, 2024, but not reported (claims completed and sent by UMR to the Wellness Portal) by November 30, 2024, will be forfeited. This is why it is ideal to get these activities completed as soon as possible.
With completion of the first year of the wellness program, all points that are accrued and reported but remain unused for the current program year will carry forward into the new program year provided you re-enroll during open enrollment in 2024 for the calendar year 2025. Employees enrolling in the new wellness program for 2025 year will not lose any accrued and reported but unused points from the current program period.

Once logged into your UMR account, you will need to hover over “Health Center” on the blue bar, and click on “Wellness Activity Center”, then click “Get Started”.
