Begin your morning by awakening the mind and body through full-body strengthening and stretching. We will use simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and connect the body through a series of postures. All and fitness levels welcome.
Safety: Participants must present a COVID-19 clearance screening prior to class. Social distancing is required. Masks are required, please bring your own mat (and props if needed).
