📅 Mark your calendar for the next convention on Oct. 23, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Three conventions are scheduled for 2024, with each accommodating up to 100 employees to ensure an intimate and impactful experience.

–Session 1 at 9 a.m.
“Setting Healthy Boundaries, Preventing Burnout & Self Care (Even When There is Not Time) Presented by Stella Grizont, author of the Workplace Happiness Method*.
*Attendees will receive a copy of Grizont’s book once they are launched to print.
–Session 2 at 10:15 a.m. & Session 3 at 11 a.m.
Choose which event you want to go to for the 10:15 a.m. time slot & another for the 11 a.m. time slot from Options 1-3 below.
- Option 1: “Stretching for Pain” (Chair and Standing Stretches), with Deanna Farney from the UAMS Fitness Center
- Option 2: “Relax Your Mind”, with Brigette Serfaty and Ellis Widner from the UAMS Mindfulness Program
- Option 3: “Money Matters”, with Janice Nottenkamper from the UAMS Student Financial Services: Debt Management Division
