The UAMS Centers on Aging (UAMS/COA) would like your input and is conducting a brief survey to better understand how caregiving responsibilities affect public, private, and non-profit employers across Arkansas.
The survey takes just 5–7 minutes to complete and does not collect any personally identifiable information. All responses will be used for general reporting purposes only.
The survey will be open for responses beginning Monday, July 7 through Friday, August 1.
