The exercises demonstrated in the following video are indicated when a physician deems it necessary to begin active motion to the shoulder. They are progressed from lying down to sitting upright in order to eliminate the effects of gravity on the shoulder. These exercises represent a small sample of an exercise regimen and are not meant to be comprehensive in nature.
