- Chest pain, tightness in the chest, tingling in the upper extremities
- Shortness of breath
- Dizziness or light headed
- Nausea or vomiting
- Joint pain
Place the device you are viewing (computer and tablet) in a clear location on your property and make sure there are no tripping hazards. Have a solid sturdy chair close for use for both sitting and balance exercises.
