Natalie has worked in the fitness and wellness industry since 2005. She has been an aerobics instructor, a personal trainer and a health educator. She earned a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology with and emphasis in exercise science and a minor in nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master of Education in physical education from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She is also a certified personal trainer and health coach through the American Council on Exercise and a certified Mindfulness Instructor through MIEA (formerly Koru Mindfulness). Previously, Natalie served as a fitness coordinator for the Baptist Health Fitness Center and then she served as manager of the UAMS Fitness Center before transitioning into her current role. Natalie offers a unique take on fitness and wellbeing with compassion, understanding, and a solid educational foundation for her clients. Her clients do not walk away without knowing why certain things are necessary to attain their goals. She has a young family and understands work-life balance and its importance for overall wellbeing.
