The Get Healthy UAMS program will launch a new wellbeing platform for UAMS employees on January 1, 2023. The platform will allow participants to join challenges related to wellbeing, learn more about their own wellbeing, and help us find the areas of focus we each need. We know that Team UAMS is selfless and often puts others first, but let’s take some time to focus on YOU!

Steps
- Register with the form below.
- Once registration is complete and your account has been added, you will receive an email invitation (from: emailer@wellsteps.com) that will give you access to the next step. Be sure to click start in the upper right-hand corner once you have clicked the “register” link in the email. Then verify and finish your enrollment!
- Download the Wellsteps app to your personal device and sign-in with your username and set up your password to finish registration.
- Sync your tracker and you will be ready go!
(Trackers are not required. Manual entry is available as well for all programs. There are also some paper campaigns in which you can participate, if you cannot access the site.)

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Once I sign up with the form above, can I automatically log in?
A: No, your information will go to be verified that you are a UAMS employee. Once that is complete, you will get an invitation email from Wellsteps.
Q: Will my data be available to anyone but myself?
A: No, UAMS will only be allowed to access aggregate data for all that take the PHA. The only time your information can be accessed is if you make a mistake on your PHA and you request something to be fixed– Only the CWO will be able to correct this data and it will be 100% confidential and not shared with the DPC (formerly HR) or UMR.
Q: What are the prizes?
A: We have a stock of some nice items for prizes, but we would also like to be able to reward through out the year, not just at the end of the year. We will be sending surveys when we pick out any additional prizes
Q: What devices can sync?
A: Once you have gotten your invitation email, log in to your platform in another tab. Next, click here to see the options for devices and apps that sync as well as more FAQ related to devices. If your device is not available to sync, there are a few work arounds for this to still be able to connect and upload.
Q: On the wellness plan, it says my tobacco attestation is incomplete, but I took it? How do I fix this?
A: The tobacco attestation is for November 2023, not last year. You will be able to check this off in November 2023.
