STOCKED & REDDIE ‘GRAB & GO’ MEALS

The Meal Sealing Process:

UAMS Cafeteria leftovers are blast-chilled (safely cooled) for handling and preservation, then portioned into ‘TV Dinner’-style trays.  The trays are covered with film and heat sealed, then blast-frozen for storage.  Stocked & Reddie members can shop from a wide array of ‘Grab & Go’ meals for their families each Monday and Thursday.  Reheating instructions are provided.
