Check out the nutrition information available on the daily menu for the UAMS Cafeteria.

Healthy food options are always available in the cafeteria: lean meat, healthy carbs, leafy greens and heart-healthy fats.

The Nutrition and Food Services department has met and exceeded the Sugar-Sweetened Beverage recommendations from the Healthy Active Arkansas Initiative set forth by Gov. Asa Hutchinson. Fifty-five percent of our beverage options are calorie free or sugar free.
